Through evidence-based coaching, clinical guidance, education, and practical strategies, you are actively supported to adopt healthy behaviours that fit your lifestyle safely and effectively. The program is designed to empower you to take control of your health. It teaches the skills and strategies to prevent disease, transform unhealthy habits, and become an advocate for your own wellbeing.
- 02Health & Wellness Coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their health, prevent illness, or manage lifestyle-related challenges. Sessions are open to all — you do not need to be a member of the Inner Circle VIP membership to participate. Whether you’re looking to address a specific health concern or simply optimise your wellbeing, coaching is available to clients anywhere in the world.
- 03It’s simple — email me to book a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Session. This session can be held via phone or Microsoft Teams. If you decide to proceed with a coaching program, payment can be arranged and a start date scheduled that suits you.
- 04Unfortunately, there is no Medicare rebate available for these coaching services.
- 05Coaching sessions are available nationally and internationally. You can join from the comfort of your own home via Microsoft Teams or over the phone.
- 06Sessions vary depending on your program: typical options include 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours. Your coach will help determine what duration works best for your needs and goals.
- 07No referral is required. Coaching is open to anyone seeking guidance on health, wellness, or lifestyle change — whether for prevention, chronic disease management, or general wellbeing.
