Tahini Cheese Sauce
1 cup water
¾ cup tahini
1 tsp. herb salt or to taste
¼ tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup red capsicum chopped
Blend all ingredients together until creamy.
Use on pasta, steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Tahini brands vary in thickness. If the sauce is too thick for your pasta, simply add an extra tablespoon of water at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
