Seed Crackers
2 tbsp. psyllium husks
200g sunflower seeds
60g pepitas
60g sesame seeds
500ml cold water
½ tsp. salt OR to taste
Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 10 minutes.
Spread thinly (smear) onto lined oven tray.
Bake 1 hour at 150°C with oven door open a smidgeon.
Take out and score, turn over and bake a further 30 minutes.
Take out, break along score line, and store in air tight container.
