Potato Scones

500g mashed potato

½-1 tsp. sea salt

1 cup wholemeal flour


Knead together, roll out, cut into rounds. 

Place on a multibake lined cookie tin and bake in oven at 240°C for 10-15 minutes, turning once.

Alternatively, cook in a non-stick pan until lightly browned on both sides.
