Mushroom & Olive Pasta
⅓ cup chopped red capsicum
1½ cups fresh mushrooms sliced
½ cup chopped green salad onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil or water
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sea salt or to taste
4 cups cooked wheat or gluten free pasta
¾ cup halved pitted black olives
Briefly saute all ingredients, except the last two, in oil or water.
Remove from heat and place in bowl. Add cooked pasta and olives and stir well. Serve or chill.
