Easy Corn Fritters
½ cup soy milk
½ cup chick pea (besan) flour
1 cup sweet corn kernels
1 tsp. chopped chives
¼ cup minced onion
½ tsp. sweet basil leaves
pinch of celtic sea salt
Make a paste with soy milk and flour.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls into lined (layer of baking paper) pan and cook until light brown on both sides.
