Date Shake

2 cups cashew milk or other milk

10 pitted dates

½ tsp. vanilla (optional)

1-2 Bananas 


Soften dates in a little hot water, then drain. 

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.

May add 2 tsp. carob powder for a chocolate flavoured shake.
