Currant Jam
3 cups grape juice organic
375g packet currants (2 cups)
3 tbsp. arrowroot
½ cup water
Place grape juice and currants in a saucepan and bring to boil. Mix arrowroot with water and add to saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat as soon as it begins to bubble. Cool and serve.
Keeps in refrigerator for approx. 5 days.
