Banana Nut Slice
3 mashed bananas
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans or brazils
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups of wholemeal flour
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together adding enough soy milk to make a firm but soft consistency.
Bake in flat dish at 190° for 60 minutes - check at 30 minutes.
Test with skewer, allow to cool for 15 minutes before turning out.
