Coleslaw Aioli

Coleslaw Aiolo Dressing

1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes before use)

1½ tsp. Dijon mustard

1 lemon juiced

¼ tsp celtic salt

3 cloves garlic crushed

Water for consistency  (½ to ¾ cup - a little at a time)


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
